Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Original artworks may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by carrier but generally range from 3–10 business days for U.S. orders.

Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Paintings and prints may be shipped flat, rolled, or boxed depending on size and material.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly before placing an order.

Shipping Delays
Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we will do our best to assist and provide updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or resolution.
Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
